Hubert Cioromski is the chairman of the board at the Copernicus Foundation, based in Chicago. He also owns family legacy companies, among others, Troy Companies, Troy Realty, LTD Residential, Troy commercial and Troy Realty Management. Hubert’s intentions are to promote this Polish Heritage to the 1st, 2nd, 3rd generation of Poles and beyond, in the US through his involvement in the Polish American community. Hubert is very involved not only in the Polish Community but has also served on several bank board appointed committees including loan, compliance, appraisal committees at various community banks and advisory positions. Hubert was inducted into the Real Estate Hall of Fame in 2012 and holds many board and membership positions in organizations he is passionate about.
Margaret Ptaszynska is an international journalist and public relations specialist based in Chicago, IL. A graduate of the University of Warsaw, Margaret has an M.S. in Journalism and Political Science. At Polnet Communications, Margaret is an on-air personality who is well-known for her engaging interviews but is also involved with New Business Development, client relations, and media marketing. She also leverages her position as a public figure to organize and promote cultural events for the community. Margaret is a founder of Omnis Communications and executes the Polish American Women’s Conference in Chicago. Margaret has received a number of awards for her work and community involvement, including a Journalist Excellence Award from the Illinois House of Representatives (2014), a Resolution from the City Council of Chicago (2012), and the Senate of the Republic of Poland Award (2009 & 2011) among others.

Maciej Gnoiński has worked in the real estate sector since 1984. He began his career in real estate the United States. Since 1994 he has gained experience in Poland with leading real estate development companies, among others, JW Construction where he was a Member of the Board and a member of the International Council. Since 2012, he has served as an Advisor to the Board at MARVIPOL DEVELOPMENT. With his position he is responsible for creation of investment and development strategies of volume, luxury and investment construction as well as the strategy of commercialization of investments in all segments and on all markets of Marvipol.
Hegraduated Phi Beta Kappa and summa cum laude from Washington and Lee University (1999) with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics and has a Master of Arts degree in Political Science from the Johns Hopkins University (2005). He also holds an International Baccalaureate Diploma from the United World College of the Atlantic in the UK. Mr. Golubiewski received academic scholarships from all three institutions.
After graduation, he moved to Washington D.C. where he spent three years in business consulting at Charles River Associates International (CRAI) before going on to graduate school. During his studies Mr. Golubiewski interned with the office of Senator Richard Lugar, served as a summer fellow at the Heritage Foundation and was an associate scholar at the Center for European Policy Analysis. For close to five years, he was a teaching assistant and lecturer in political science and international relations at the Johns Hopkins University and spent two semesters as a visiting professor at Mannheim University in Germany.
In 2008, he joined, as an established official, the Directorate General for Development and Relations with African, Caribbean and Pacific countries at the European Commission in Brussels as a desk responsible for regional political and economic cooperation with the Horn, East and Southern Africa region. During that time he participated in the Economic Partnership Agreement free trade negotiations with the African regional blocks. In 2011, he was transferred to the newly created European External Action Service, where, since 2012, he had been responsible for preparing the EU’s Foreign Affairs Council positions on the developing conflict in Syria. Most recently, between 2014 and 2016, Mr. Golubiewski served as the Deputy Chief of Mission and the Head of the Political Section at the EU Delegation to Lebanon in Beirut.

Marek Rudnicki, MD is Professor of Surgery at The University of Illinois at Chicago and Site Program Director at Univ. of Illinois/Metropolitan Group Hospitals Residency in Surgery. He published and lectured extensively, covering different aspects of medicine and healthcare issues, both in the US and in Poland. For the last 20 years, he has been very dynamic in the international activities of Polish medical communities. He has served over two terms as the President of the World Federation of Polish Medical Organizations. Recently, he was elected the President of the Polish American Medical Society in Chicago. He founded Amber Coalition, a Polish American Breast Cancer Awareness Program. Recently became elected as Governor of the prestigious American College of Surgeons. He served on Advisory Board to the Minister of Health, Republic of Poland in 2001-2002. He is recipient of multiple national and international awards and recognitions. Dr Rudnicki is one of two people representing the United States to the Polonia Advisory Council to Speaker of the Senate, Republic of Poland.

Coleen Paderewski is the founder and co-director of the Paderewski Music Festival, which started in 2016. This year, over 250 people participated in the Paderewski Music Festival. The Music Fest was covered by local television news media, newspapers, and magazines. She is a cousin of Ignacy Jan Paderewski. After his death, she has written a book entitled “Paderewski His Journey Home” which is in the process of being published. Her goal is to make sure that Ignacy’s legacy lives on.
Ms. Magdalena Żelazowska is the director of the office in New York of the Polish Tourist Organization. Before taking over the POT facility in New York she held the position of the team manager in the department of internet communication. Previously, she managed the marketing department of a Polish division of an American company HarperCollins and used to work for some of the biggest media companies. Professionally and privately, her passion is tourism. She is an author of many publications devoted to this subject, some of which have also been published by the National Geographic Polska.
Rolando Aedo has been a senior staff member of the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau (GMCVB) since 1994. As Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Aedo works closely with the President and CEO on all operational aspects of the GMCVB including governmental relations and stakeholder engagement. He also leads the overall marketing strategy for the organization and brand development to drive consumer and business demand for Greater Miami and the Beaches as a preferred destination for vacation, meetings, conventions and major events.

Mrs Beata Drzazga is an owner and president of BetaMed S.A., the largest Medical Company in Poland providing long-term care services and mechanical ventilation in the patient’s home. She is also a founder of the modern Clinica BetaMed Medical Active Care in Chorzów, which offers comprehensive medical services for the whole family – from junior to senior. She opened the company BetaMed International in the USA in Las Vegas and became the Nevada State Business Ambassador. She is a winner of about 100 prestigious awards and distinctions awarded in Poland and internationally, among others, the Best Manager of 2017 in private healthcare and Top Manager 2018.
Juliusz Klosowski is a journalist since 1988 associated with The Warsaw Voice. He is the president of WV Marketing, which publishes the English-language magazine The Warsaw Voice and the affiliated Voice of Poland, an everyday English-language newsletter that provides information from Poland. Juliusz Klosowski also manages the publishing house of Terapia Media, a monthly addressed to a professional group of doctors. Juliusz Klosowski is also an organizer of many conferences, including Poland Meetings Destination.
Ryszard Bolko is a Polish born and US educated attorney and certified public accountant (CPA). He has spent past 20 years working with companies of various sizes in architecting, developing, and deploying innovative solutions, mergers and acquisitions, capital fundings, and organizational transformations. Monika Bartoszcze has been involved in the real estate industry for over 15 years. She is a licensed broker in IL and FL. Eugenio Maslowski is the CEO of Successful Strategies Group and My Florida Key. Some active projects include promotion of home developments and commercial properties in North East and First Coast in Florida. He is an active fundraiser for the Art Museum for Private Collections of the Americas, which is an Art Fund, Public Non for Profits, with an objective to educate and preserve to exhibit some valuable Private Art Collections for future generations. He is an active Member of AM4PC, the Hispanic Culture Film Festival of JAX and Orchestra of New Spain, in DFW. He has also served in other Board of Directors, as VENAMCHAM and the Oil Chamber of Venezuela. Participant in the World Economic Forum, celebrated in Davos, Switzerland. Darek Homel is an entrepreneur and a real estate professional. Early in his 20s, he immigrated to the US searching for the „American Dream”, he owned multiple businesses and employed tens of Poles. He then became the vice president of the Polish American Contractors Builders Association. He also became licensed Real Estate Professional in the state of Illinois then expanding to the market of the state of Florida. Supporting Polish local organizations and promoting Polish heritage he took a lead with one of his companies helping the Gift From The Heart “Dar Serca” Foundation where he led the HVAC project of the new „Centrum Dzieci Daru Serca” in Schiller Park, Illinois.
Ms. Karolina Dehnhard is the president of the Polish American Chamber of Commerce North-East and a partner with the Law Firm of Budd Larner, focusing her practice on matrimonial law, including divorce, prenuptials, child custody, parenting time, alimony, child support and domestic violence issues. In her years at the firm, she has represented clients in dealing with complex financial issues, international custody rights and many more. Ms. Dehnhard is a frequent speaker, a radio show co-host, contributing editor to numerous publications and serves on various boards.
Andrzej Bulka is a navigational marine engineer with experience in the operation of seagoing vessels. A graduate of engineering studies at the Naval Faculty of the Maritime University of Szczecin in the field of Maritime Transport, as well as postgraduate studies at the Warsaw University of Technology Business School in the field of Leadership Psychology. For more than ten years, he has been associated with the TFL industry in managerial positions in international companies. Before taking office in Chicago Piotr Janicki worked for commercial banks in New York and New Jersey. He also served as Vice-Consul for legal affairs and consular protection at the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in New York. Previously, he was Deputy Mayor of Praga Północ, a district of Warsaw. He studied law, graduating with a Master’s degree from the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. He also has postgraduate degrees in Management of Public Administration from Leon Koźmiński Academy in Warsaw and Financial Planning from Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey.
As the daughter of General Władysław Anders – Supreme Commander of the Polish Armed Forces, during the Second World War, the commander of the Second Corps, who won Monte Cassino – Mrs. Anna Maria Anders was born in exile when her parents could not return to Poland. She received education in English in Great Britain at the University of Bristol, where she graduated from Roman philology. She then continued her education in the USA, where at the University of Boston she obtained the MBA title in economics. During her studies, she gained proficiency in French, Spanish, Italian and German. She gained her professional experience in international institutions, working, among others, in the UN agency at the UNESCO Press Office in Paris. After the death of her parents, Mrs. Anders established a Foundation after General Władysław Anders, which works to return the descendants of Poles to their homeland. From 2016 she is the Government Plenipotentiary for International Dialogue in the Chancellery of the Prime Minister.
Ambassador Piotr Wilczek is a historian of literature and culture, an author and editor of 22 scientific books and over 100 dissertations, published in Polish and English in Poland, Great Britain and the United States. Piotr Wilczek is an active member of the American Study Group at the Polish Institute of International Affairs in Warsaw, bringing together experts, journalists, and scientists interested in social, political and cultural events in the United States and their consequences for Poland, Europe, and the transatlantic community. Until he was appointed as an ambassador in the United States, he was a representative and later also a president of the Kosciuszko Foundation, its office in Poland. On October 21, 2016, the President of the Republic of Poland signed the nomination of prof. Piotr Wilczek to the position of the Ambassador of the Republic of Poland in the United States of America and the Commonwealth of the Bahamas.
Darek Barcikowski is a co-founder and managing partner of White Eagle Media where for the last 16 years he has served as publisher of a series of Polish language periodicals published throughout the country including “Bialy Orzel” – one of the largest Polish newspapers in the US. In addition to managing day to day publishing operations, he is responsible for business and product development which has included launches of numerous titles across the US, in the UK and in Poland. He has been a lifelong advocate for Polish – American involvement in civic affairs and public service and has worked as a consultant on numerous political campaigns including municipal, state, US Senate and presidential elections. Barcikowski has organized conferences on Polish American relations in Washington, DC, Connecticut and Chicago. Barcikowski also serves as President of the Washington DC-based American Polish Advisory Council and chaired a community task force charged with admitting Poland to the Visa Waiver Program. Since 2016 Barcikowski has served as the first Honorary Consul for the Republic of Poland for the state of Connecticut.
Angelika Jaroslawska is a coordinator of the cluster program POLAND 3.0. One of the people on the „30 before 30” Forbes magazine’s list. She is also a vice-president of the board of the National Cluster of Innovative Enterprises, a member of the Euroatlantic Association, an expert of the Euro-Atlantic Association Industrial Committee, a member of the City Security Supervisory Board. Grzegorz Witkowski studied Journalism and Political Science at Warsaw University. Since september 2016 he has served as the Undersecretary of Ministry of Maritime Economy and Inland Navigation; previously worked as the Head of the Political Cabinet of the same Ministry. He has also served as the Head Office of Scouting Association of the Commonwealth, and cooperated with Foundation for the Development of Physical Culture and Association ‘Wspólnota Polska’.

She combines professional work as a lawyer with passion, which is especially theatrical art. From 2015, co-owner and President of the Management Board of the Krakow Comedy Theater Ltd. (Krakowski Teatr Komedia sp. z o.o.). That is why she was awarded by „Gazeta Polska Codzienie” individual prize – Polish Entrepreneur 2017. The Krakow Comedy Theater staged performances in non-obvious places for the theater including the castles, on the beach, in the mountains, on a floating ship. In addition, the Theater is implementing its own original program called 100 YEARS OF JOY OF INDEPENDENCE, to celebrate the 100th anniversary of regaining independence by Poland. On this occasion three patriotic performances have been specially written and produced by her Theater up to now. Those performances are showing, among others, history of the Polish national anthem and achievements of national heroes. As the first theater in Poland, the Krakow Comedy Theater received the title of Laureate in the TERAZ POLSKA Competition, in the XXVII edition.

Wcześniej pełniąc funkcję radcy ds. ekonomicznych oraz konsula w Ambasadzie RP w Kuala Lumpur, był odpowiedzialny za promocję gospodarki, turystyki oraz szkolnictwa wyższego. Ukończył wiele kursów i szkoleń – w tym bardzo wymagający „Advanced Infantryman” w US Marine School of Infantry-East w Camp Lejeune w Północnej Karolinie (2015 r.). Rok później, jako oficer łącznikowy 6 Brygady Powietrznodesantowej przy dowódcy 1 BCT / 82 Dywizji Powietrznodesantowej wziął udział w ćwiczeniu Swift Response-16. Amerykanie, wraz z polskimi łącznikowymi, po załadowaniu na samoloty w Fort Bragg w Północnej Karolinie i 10-godzinnym locie przez Atlantyk skoczyli ze spadochronami nad Polską, aby wykonać zadanie taktyczne po lądowaniu – zająć most im. gen. Elżbiety Zawadzkiej w Toruniu.
Uczestnik „Rajdu Pamięci 44 polskich żołnierzy poległych w Afganistanie”, w ramach którego wraz z dwoma innymi polskimi weteranami i Dawidem Więckowskim przejechał na rowerze całe Stany Zjednoczone Ameryki Północnej – z Los Angeles do Nowego Jorku w 44 dni. Rajd miał na celu oddać hołd 44 poległym w Afganistanie polskim żołnierzom, zachęcić innych rannych polskich żołnierzy do aktywności fizycznej i przełamywania własnych barier oraz uczcić 100-lecie Odzyskania przez Polskę Niepodległości.
Jego pasją, którą dzieli z małżonką Anetą, są podróże – wspólnie odwiedzili 38 krajów położonych w Europie, Azji, Afryce i Ameryce Północnej. Mieszka w najpiękniejszym polskim mieście – Stołecznym Królewskim Mieście Krakowie.
